- • Able to manage personal daily activities independently
- • Stable or verifiable monthly income, benefits, or another approved payment source
- • Willingness to follow house rules
- • Appropriate for a shared-living environment
- • Completion of the required application and intake process
All applicants are screened for suitability for independent shared housing. Receiving SSI, SSDI, veteran benefits, retirement income, or another benefit does not guarantee acceptance. Renewed Path provides independent shared housing. We are not a personal care home, assisted living facility, group home, medical facility, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical care, medication management, personal care, or assistance with activities of daily living.
