Renewed Path welcomes opportunities to collaborate with organizations seeking additional independent residential housing capacity in Metro Atlanta. Partnership structures may include referrals, direct placements, housing-provider agreements, vendor relationships, and subcontracting opportunities, subject to program requirements and property approval.

Agency-Funded & Contracted Placements
Renewed Path welcomes partnerships with organizations seeking safe, furnished independent shared housing for the individuals they serve. We are open to agency-funded placements, third-party payment arrangements, contracted housing partnerships, and other approved funding structures.
For organizations seeking ongoing housing capacity or multiple placements, customized rates and payment arrangements may be available based on the housing arrangement, length of placement, property, funding source, and partnership structure.

Individuals ready for independent shared living.
All prospective residents are screened for suitability for independent shared housing. General eligibility includes:
Receiving SSI, SSDI, veteran benefits, retirement income, or another benefit does not guarantee acceptance. Every applicant must complete the application and screening process.
Renewed Path provides independent shared housing. We are not a personal care home, assisted living facility, group home, medical facility, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical care, medication management, personal care, or assistance with activities of daily living. Residents must be capable of independent living.
