The property offers three private bedrooms and one spacious primary bedroom designed to accommodate two individuals with separate beds, providing a flexible proposed capacity of up to five occupants. Suitable for furnished independent living, workforce housing, corporate extended stays, and organizational housing partnerships. Pending final preparation.
